Abstract painting of feelings. This is part of my “anxious feelings” series. This series focuses on expressing my anxious feelings and translating them into abstract shapes and colors. I focused on creating a sense of what I am feeling in the moment. I start by writing out how I am feeling in graphite on the paper,  then adding oil paint and cold wax and rubbing it into the paper by hand obscuring the writing.
